HEALTHY LIVING is an educational and motivation based group intervention - helpful for smokers with a dual diagnosis of mental health issues and nicotine dependence. It is an open-enrollment with a 12 week duration cycle. HEALTHY LIVING focuses on aspects of wellbeing, nutrition, physical activity, stress management. Additionally, participants can gain detailed information regarding the risks associated with smoking, what is in a cigarette, the benefits of quitting smoking and ways to quit smoking.

 

SMOKE ENDER’S is an action based group and individual treatment for smokers struggling with mental illness who are ready to try quit smoking. It emphasizes techniques for quitting to improve success and reduce risk of relapse. It is a closed group (after third session) with a 8-10 week duration cycle for both group and individual sessions.
